We are looking for a dedicated **IT Support Assistant** to help manage basic technical support at our Head Office. This role involves assisting with system setups, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- Assist in resolving hardware and software problems across departments
- Help install and configure systems, printers, and network devices
- Support basic troubleshooting of errors and connectivity issues
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates
- Monitor antivirus and backup systems
- Support with setting up user accounts and resolving login issues
- Assist in coordinating with vendors for AMC and repair services

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
