It Technician

We at Kanha Makhan Group of School is a K-12 educational institution committed to fostering a dynamic learning environment We are seeking a dedicated IT Technician to support our technology infrastructure ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software systems for students faculty and staff Job Summary We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to handle the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems across our school The ideal candidate will be proactive detail-oriented and capable of resolving technical issues efficiently to support our educational mission Responsibilities Install configure and maintain computer hardware software and peripherals e g desktops laptops projectors printers and interactive whiteboards Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues including network connectivity problems in a timely manner Perform routine maintenance and updates on school IT systems to ensure optimal performance Assist faculty and staff with technical support requests including software setup and user account management Set up and support classroom technology such as smartboards tablets and learning management systems Collaborate with the IT team to implement security protocols and ensure data protection Maintain inventory of IT equipment and report on system performance or upgrades needed Provide basic training to staff and students on using school technology effectively Document technical issues and solutions for future reference Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience 2 years of experience in hardware and software installation maintenance and troubleshooting Proficiency with operating systems Windows macOS Linux and common software applications e g Microsoft Office Google Workspace Familiarity with networking basics e g Wi-Fi LAN TCP IP and troubleshooting connectivity issues Experience with educational technology e g interactive whiteboards learning management systems is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical users Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
