**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Engage with potential clients through calls or texts, providing information on available rental properties.

Assist clients in finding their ideal rental property based on their requirements.

Negotiate rental prices with clients to finalize terms within company guidelines.

Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the rental process.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice-based role, preferably in customer service or sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage client interactions professionally.
