**Job Description**:

- Develop and Implement the local country marketing plan (0-18 Months out).
- Formulate and Share Portfolio Strategy including 3-year NPI pipeline, Annual NPI plan and Portfolio Actions/deletions planned including customer and sales implications. Report & track NPI performance. Share global/area best practices on optimal online ranges.
- Implement global & regional priority programs in the country Monitor new product performance and conduct post-launch analysis.
- Divisional Sources of Growth; Annual and Quarterly alignment with Channel Plans.
- Market, Competitor and Share Tracking including category growth/share gain/decline.
- Assess brand/product performance relative to competitors. Marketing ROI
- Portfolio and product management
- Financial Performance. Leadership role in managing total gross margin, D&E, IBP & other processes by working with cross functional teams.
- Pricing : Price set-up and discussion with local team, price corridors, SD pricing
- BT implementation roles related to products (case of deploying countries)
- Owner of demand plan, inventory readiness, NPI and NWI action for total commodity
- Manage product related works - regulation, new SKU registration, packaging changes
- Consumer complaint management related to products
- Provide product information, product training / develop product catalogues and contents
