**Experience**: 3+ Years
**Location**: Noida, Sector-65

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end **shipment and dispatch operations**:

- Manage **import/export documentation** and customs clearance
- Coordinate with **freight forwarders, couriers**, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with **international trade regulations**:

- Maintain accurate **records and reports** for audits
- Communicate effectively with **clients, vendors**, and internal departments
- Track and follow up on **order status and deliveries**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years' experience** in logistics/import-export operations
- Excellent **verbal & written English** skills
- Proficient in **MS Office**; ERP knowledge is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
