**Job Type**:Full-time, Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)

Experience: 2-3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _**Order Management**:_

Accurately process and track customer orders from entry to fulfillment.

Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner and in compliance with company guidelines.
- _**Coordination and Communication**:_

Liaise with internal teams (e.g., production, warehouse, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling order inquiries, updates, and delivery confirmations.
- _**Customer Service**:_

Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and shipments.

Provide proactive communication with clients, ensuring they are informed about the status of their orders.
- _**Inventory Management Support**:_

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure stock availability for order fulfillment.

Update systems with real-time data on stock levels and order status.
- _**Order Allocation**:_

Allocate orders based on available inventory and prioritize high-importance shipments.

Manage the distribution of orders among various shipping partners to meet delivery deadlines.
- _**Documentation and Reporting**:_

Maintain accurate and organized records of all order transactions, shipments, and invoices.

Generate regular reports on order volumes, fulfillment rates, and customer feedback for management review.
- _**Process Improvement**:_

Identify areas of improvement in the order processing workflow and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and reduce delays.

**Key Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in order processing, operations executive, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
- Ability to work during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to managing operational challenges.
