Hiring a highly motivated and results-driven **Tele caller** to join our clients team. As a **Tele caller**, you'll play a crucial role in generating leads and driving profitable growth for our company. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our battery and solar energy solutions.

Research and identify potential customers, including Dealers

Distributors, Integrators, Industries, Institutions, to target with our sales effort

Build relationships with potential customers through effective communication, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

Schedule meetings and follow-up calls with potential customers to

facilitate the sales process.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and provide feedback on customer interactions.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and lead generation quotas.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using our CRM system.

Requirements and skills
- 4-5 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Kannada, Hindi and English speaking is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding sales targets and lead generation quotas.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM

software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
