**What you will be doing**
- Plans and coordinates all aspects of projects / sprints from initiation through delivery.
- Owner of defect management process, resolution, and reporting.
- Manages project initiation activities including managing related contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts and access to existing information as needed.
- Develops, defines and executes project plans, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Includes managing artifacts, adherence to practices and patterns, change requests, etc.
- Expected to manage sprint details, assigned tasks, and progress via Jira.
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.

**What you bring**:

- Must have 7 -11 years of work experience in information technology within at least 2+ years as DB Tester
- Extensive knowledge of DB Testing,SQL,Shell Scripting & Unix
- Knowledge of standards relevant to the software industry, e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma
- Knowledge of financial services industry,company’s products and services

**Added bonus if you have**

- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
