We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Admin cum Tele Caller to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is good at multitasking, has strong communication skills, and is ready to take on both administrative duties and customer communication responsibilities.

**Role Overview**:
The Admin cum Tele Caller will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks and managing tele calling activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage office operations while also engaging with potential clients and maintaining customer relationships via phone calls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, data entry, managing office supplies, and maintaining office documentation.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients, potential customers, and leads.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the team.
- Provide information to customers about services/products and address inquiries.
- Assist in generating reports related to customer interactions and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain and update databases with customer and lead information.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a polite and efficient manner.
- Provide administrative support to the management and other departments as needed.
- Collecting feedback from the clients.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in administration and tele calling or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and handle sensitive information.
- A positive and customer-focused attitude.
