As an Office Assistant and Telecaller at OS Overseas, you will play a dual role that supports our office's daily operations and engages with our clients over the phone. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office and handling inbound and outbound calls to support our clients and business activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Assistance**:
- Perform various admin responsibilities such as file management, data entry, and equipment management.
- Help to schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist the management team with project-related tasks and everyday operational requirements.
- Ensure that the office environment is well-organized and professional.
**Telecalling**:
- Handle incoming calls and other communications, maintaining superior customer service.
- Make outbound calls to clients and potential customers to respond to requests, provide information, or offer assistance.
- Maintain detailed call documentation which includes call reports and feedback from clients.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Any Stream Graduate or equivalent; additional education or certification is beneficial.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, telemarketer, or an equivalent role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office equipment.
- Strong organizational abilities, including the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- A good mindset and the ability to work effectively both individually and cooperatively.
