**Responsibilities**:

- To carry out workplace giving campaigns under the supervision of the Deputy Manager, workplace campaigns
- Assist in scale-up of existing accounts
- Assist in the development of proposals.
- To reconcile and prepare MIS of the workplace giving campaigns To document and prepare periodic project reports
- To develop the necessary collaterals for effective communication with the corporate partners during workplace campaigns.
- Designing and coordination of employee engagement events for the corporate volunteers
- Manage volunteers on all assignments and provide the necessary guidance and mentorship as may be required to accomplish the project objectives.

**Profile Requisites**
- Graduates, preferably from social sciences background
- Prior experience in organizing events/ experience of having organized volunteering campaigns (preferred)
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Relationship management
- Organizing skills (events & campaign launches)
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in teams
- English writing skills
- Proficient in excel

**Location**: Mumbai, Willingness to travel extensively on the field

**Remuneration**: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; the salary range is INR 3.9 - 5.8 LPA
