**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Modern Finance Executives (Bajaj, HDB, and others)
- Drive finance sales and ensure smooth loan processing at stores
- Build strong relationships with NBFC partners and ensure timely updates on schemes and approvals
- Train and support store staff and finance executives on consumer finance procedures
- Monitor and report finance performance metrics regularly
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quick and efficient financing support

**Skills and Qualification Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in consumer finance or retail lending
- Experience managing third-party finance teams (NBFCs) preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

**Job Location**: Malappuram, Palakkad

**Salary**: 30000 - 40000 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
