**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inventory and Stock Management:_
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Document all stock flow accurately and assist in daily and periodic reporting.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist in organizing and replenishing stock on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Store Operations:_
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Ensure that all store operations are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordination with Logistics and Vendors:

- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of stock.
- Liaise with vendors for the procurement of products and store supplies.
- Perform store-related errands as needed to support store operations.
- Store Maintenance and Hygiene:_
- Help maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas, are kept tidy and hygienic.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Sales Support:_
- Assist the sales team with their tasks, including customer service, product display, and promotions.
- Support sales initiatives and campaigns to achieve store targets.
- Provide product knowledge to customers and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
- Qualifications:_
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
