**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research and lead generation.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Market Analysis**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify potential areas for business growth and expansion.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing progress, achievements, and challenges.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
