**Roles and Responsibilities**

Handle The Material Store, Hardware Store, Bought Out Item Store, And Finished Product Store.

1. To Maintain the Stock and Order Material As Per The Requirements, Take Accountability Of The Received Materials,

2. To Receive the Materials Ordered By Yourself And Supplied By The Vendors In A Properly Maintained Area As Per The Laid Down Procedure.

3. To Ensure the Correctness In The Quality, Quantity, Specifications, Condition Of The Materials Received From Vendors As Per Purchase Order Terms & Conditions.

4. To Stock the Materials Received from Vendors Properly To Ensure Easy Access Identification, Verification, Handling, Maintenance, Etc.

5. To Ensure Proper Stocking Of Materials By Using Appropriate Methods Of Care And Preservation To Avoid Any Damage And Loss.

6. To Ensure Accurate Accounting Of The Materials Received And Issued.

7. To Ensure A Favourable Working Atmosphere Is Maintained For The Personnel Working In The Store.

8. To Ensure Proper Safety Measures Are Taken for The Safety of The Store Building, Materials In The Store, And The Men Working In The Store.

9. To Ensure That the Store Is Always Maintained Up to Date in All Respects In A Presentable Condition.

9. To Categories the Materials Category-Wise and Stock Them In The Appropriate Locations.

10. To Take Appropriate Action for Care and Preservation of The Materials.

11. Periodical Stock Verification and Ensure the Correctness Of Stock At All Times.

12. To Take Safety Measures for The Safety Of, Materials, And Men Working In The Store. 13. To Issue Materials to The Departments as Per the Indents.

14. To Issue Materials to Departments as Per the Schedule.

15. To Pass the Bills of The Materials Received from The Vendor and Send It to The Accounts Department for Payment.

16. To Carry Out a Periodical Condemnation Board for The Unserviceable Materials.

17. To Take Action for Disposal of Scraps Materials as Per the Procedure.

18. To Maintain All the Documents & Entries in Excel Up To Date.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
