**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote available properties to potential buyers.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their needs and providing relevant property information.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value of our properties.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-up calls and personalized communication.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property listings, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, tracking interactions and sales progress.
- **Closing Sales**: Guide clients through the purchasing process, addressing any questions or concerns to facilitate smooth transactions.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback to improve services and identify areas for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in tele sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with real estate principles and market dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
