
Account Executive Front Office Executive

**Accounting Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure error-free data entry in accounting records.
- Prepare and process invoices, vouchers entries
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for invoice submissions, payment clarifications, and follow-ups.
- Handle vendor payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Calculate and deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per applicable laws
- Update and maintain TDS records and related statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
**Front Office Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and manage visitor's registor in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a neat and organized front office/reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services.
- Handle appointment scheduling and assist in daily administrative activities.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).
- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and front office management.
- **Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of TDS calculations and vendor reconciliation.
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
