**JOB SUMMARY**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Social Media Content Creation**:

- Design engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Create dynamic reels and videos for YouTube and Instagram.
- Optimize designs for SEO and engagement.

**2. Graphic & Motion Design**:

- Design posters, brochures, infographics, and other marketing materials.
- Produce motion graphics and animated visuals to enhance campaign effectiveness & elevate brand presence.

**3. 3D & 2D Design**:

- Create high-quality 2D/3D models and animations.
- Perform rigging and 3D video rendering as needed.

**4. Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital outputs.

**5. Trend Awareness & Innovation**:

- Stay current with industry tools, technologies, and trends.
- Continuously improve creative output and explore innovative techniques.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia /Graphic Design / Visual Communications or a related field with 2-3 years of experience in digital designing.
- Knowledge of computer languages like C++, Javascript.
- Familiarity with Unity/Unreal is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Web designing is an added advantage.
