**Job Description -**

The key responsibilities will be as follows:

- Enter, update, and maintain data related to bus users (Students and Teachers) in the ERP system.
- Track and record bus route numbers, stops, timings etc.
- Regularly verify and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Monitor daily transport logs and update any changes such as route shifts, new enrollments, or withdrawals.
- Generate and share routine reports as needed by the transport coordinator or school management.
- Assist in conducting periodic audits of transport data to ensure alignment with actual operations.
- Flag discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments.
- Ensure data privacy and handle sensitive student and staff information with utmost confidentiality.
- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle large data sets and maintain focus in repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills for effective coordination across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent diploma.
- Experience in school or transport logistics administration is a plus.
- Salary range
- Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 22,000/- Designation
