**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and market insights.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, zoning regulations, and neighborhood features.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
- Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and meetings with potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, offers, and sales terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Prepare and present offers to sellers and buyers, managing all documentation and legal processes.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, market trends, and changes in property regulations.
- Collaborate with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through effective communication, follow-ups, and superior customer service.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (sales experience preferred).
- A valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate marketing tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with real estate laws, zoning regulations, and contracts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
