**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular field visits to client locations, ensuring that services/products meet customer satisfaction.
- Collect data and market intelligence on-site, ensuring accurate reporting and feedback to the management team.
- Manage customer relationships by providing personalized services and responding to inquiries and complaints.
- Execute on-site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with sales teams for lead generation and client follow-ups.
- Provide on-site training to clients or new employees, if required.
- Track, monitor, and report on field performance metrics and progress toward business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the field operations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry trends to serve as a resource for clients and team members.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies during fieldwork.
- Prepare detailed reports of field activities and submit them regularly to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,818.31 - ₹25,049.86 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
