**Role and Responsibility**:

- 1.
** Primary Deliverables**
- a. Gather content created by cross-functional teams and upload to the site(s). Ensure all information is included, have gone through the appropriate workflows (Brief > Copy Develop > Assets Development > SEO > Translation (as needed) > Proofing, etc.) and and has been accurately provided. Also includes driving necessary updates to existing / published content as needed.

b. The AEM content specialist will work within our digital team to support multiple business units working with AEM in a variety of different capacities, including authoring copy, images and other needed content.
- c. Building new content/pages and editing existing content utilizing existing (/or by creating new) components and capabilities
- d. AEM authoring, using custom AEM implementation, which includes writing content and working with images for the respective requirements
- e. Participation in virtual meetings with teams located in different parts of the world mainly in US, China, and development teams in India. Flexibilty in schedule is expected.

**2. Ensure quality products are delivered**
- a. Taking requirements from various teams within the company and working with commercial, online sales, marketing, product and brand teams to ensure best possible site content using AEM
- b. Turning requirements into detailed digital briefs to be passed on to development teams and offshore teams as applicable or managing end to end.
- c. Work with business, and delivery teams on a regular basis to understand the timelines and deliver the products as per expectation
- d. Working with Brand, design, and digital copy and external agencies to ensure excellent design
- e. Publishing online updates and coordinating delivery of activities
- f. Ensuring that all copy and pages are continually tested and are of an extremely high quality and that they are monitored and optimized to their full potential
- g. Participating in user testing and ensuring components are fit for purpose before being released into production
- h. Provide insights to analyze business functions and monitor/improve key metrics
- i. Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders

**3. Responsibility will be to set up best practices in internal processes**
- a. Benchmark best practices across teams and in industry for process
- b. Take part in documentation and mapping of the current and future process
- c. Work with different teams to brainstorm, propose and rollout on integrated common processes
- d. Work towards productivity and efficiency improvements in the processes and methods
- e. Initiate and generating various reports (operational metrics)

**What we are looking for from your past experience Experience requirement**:
**1. Preliminaries**:

- a. 6+ years of experience

b. Very Good Written and Spoken English
- c. Very good, Documentation skills, attention to details

**2. Technical (need to have)**
- a. Previous hands-on experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- b. Systems like Jira and Confluence
- c. Strong knowledge and experience producing engaging digital content

d. Must be proficient in managing Content Management Systems. Adobe Experience Manager CMS experience required.

e. Basic HTML, CSS, React and Adobe Dynamic Media (Scene7) is preferred but not required.

**3. Caliper**

c. Strong organizational and communication skills to convey progress, roadblocks and new ideas on how to improve general content management and site administration.

d. Personality to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure as well as attention to detail.
- f. Must be proficient in managing Content Management Systems. Adobe Experience Manager CMS experience preferred but not required.

g. Familiarity with internal search engines. Experience with Adobe Search and Promote preferred but not required.

**4. Learning and Development**
- a. Understanding of the latest in Marketing and Communication technologies preferred but not required.

**Educational Qualification requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree; 4-year bachelor’s degree is preferred

- Frequent contact with Global Teams
- Frequent contact with Global Leadership teams
- Global Procurement Process & Systems Team and Business Unit Analysts.
- External contacts include suppliers and contractors.
