About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Sr.Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our web team. As a Sr. QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, usability, and overall quality of our marketing websites. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to identify, document, and resolve issues - ultimately delivering an exceptional user experience to our customers.

What You'll Do:

- Perform thorough testing of marketing websites across various browsers, devices, and screen sizes to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.

- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using issue tracking systems (e.g., Workfront, Jira) and ensure timely resolution.

- Conduct regression testing to verify that defects have been fixed and that no new issues have been introduced.

- Proactively review our website on a weekly basis for new and unexpected issues and discrepancies.

- Perform usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness and intuitiveness of user interfaces and provide recommendations for enhancements.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies related to web development and quality assurance.

- Assist in the ongoing development and maintenance of QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and release notes, as well as process improvements.

What you'll Need:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 5-7 years of strong experience in quality assurance for web development and web design projects.

- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.

- Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including test planning, test case development, and defect tracking.

- Experience with AEM is a must.

- Proficiency in using QA tools such as Browserstack, or similar automated testing frameworks.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate issues clearly and concisely.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a focus on achieving collective goals.

- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and deadlines.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Location: Pune, India

Shift: Rotational : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST or 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST)
