**Job Summary**:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling building materials to contractors, dealers, retailers, and end-users. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely delivery and availability of products in the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell building materials (cement, steel, tiles, sanitaryware, etc.) to contractors, dealers, and retailers.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and technical guidance to clients.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and track market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing in the territory.
- Assist in promotional and marketing campaigns at the field level.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings as required.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Diploma or certification in Sales / Marketing is an added advantage.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, construction supplies, or FMCG.
- Experience in dealer/distributor management is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
