**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately input product information into the inventory management system and online platforms including Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc.
- Create engaging product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
- Ensure all listings are compliant with company standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary product details and updates.
- Assist with stock management by monitoring inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Write process documentation for your role.

**Skills**
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking, price calculation, and stock management.
- Strong English writing skills.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of excel, Google sheets, Google Drive, typing, and the ability to learn new systems and platforms quickly.
- Basic photo editing ability.
- Interest in learning and growing in the company.
- Self motivated.
