**Product Intern (Remote)**:

- Remote- Intern- Nuclei is a fintech SaaS startup working already with over 20+ leading Banks in Asia in just over 5 years across 3 different products..**Why are we building Nuclei?**

Before we started Nuclei, we listed down a few guiding principles. These were essentially our learning from the previous startups/companies:
- 1. Think big, think global, and not limit ourselves only to India.- 2. Build a company. We wanted to be sustainable from day 1 and build a profitable business. This does not mean that we compromise on growth, but we most definitely avoid unsustainable growth.- 3. Build for the long term, not flip it in a few years.- 4. And most importantly, we wanted to change the perception about India, from being a back-office/outsourcing destination to a product destination.All the above points came together to form Nuclei's vision - "**To build a global product company."**

**What are we looking for?**

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with Product Managers to help them:
**Make better decisions with**:
- Market Research - to understand problems and seek validation of new ideas-
- Competitor Analysis - identifying potential gaps in current solutions to those problems-
- User Interviews/Survey - speaking to actual user personas and hearing problems from the horse’s mouth, hypotheses validation-
- Data Analysis - making sense out of your research findings- Product partnerships

**Build products that solve actual customer problems by**:
- Writing/Updating Product Requirement Documents - the single source of truth-
- Creating flowcharts - speeding up understanding through good visualization- Wireframes - low fidelity mock-ups based on a developed understanding of usability

**Objectify the product roadmap by**:
- Understanding user impact-
- Prioritization-
- Calculating ROI- Critically analyze user journeys and suggest improvements

**SOFT SKILLS**- Coachable, open to take, and give feedback in a constructive manner-
- Someone who reflects the company’s core values-
- Someone who appreciates first principles thinking and is willing to take the road less traveled-
- Willing to go outside their comfort zone and get their hands dirty- Passionate about a skilled hobby such as a sport, music, arts and more

**REQUIREMENTS**- Final year of B.Tech in engineering colleges where 6-month internships are part of the course-
- Strong data analytics and ability to set up experiments and testing hypotheses.- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and ability to extract quality information from surveys and eventually evangelize the product or feature.
