**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and competitor insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing objectives and create strategic plans aligned with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass digital, traditional, and experiential marketing approaches.
- Define and refine the brand positioning and messaging to effectively communicate the company's value proposition to the target audience.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Dentify and segment target audiences based on demographics, psychographics, and behavior to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
- Conduct clients profiling and persona development to better understand clients needs and preferences.
- Ensure that content is consistent with the brand voice and effectively supports marketing campaigns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Marketing Strategist or similar role, with a successful track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of market research, clients behavior, and marketing principles.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing approaches.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: ₹187,171.36 - ₹303,147.53 per year
