Operational Since 2014 in India, now ATS is extending this world-class logistics service to your customers through Amazon shipping, Seeking a Sales Associate to manage key shipper accounts. This role, based in Gurugram, Involves supporting business growth and ensuring a positive client experience.

Key job responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and maintain relationship POC of assigned shipper accounts.
- Business Growth: Facilitate the growth of shippers business though effective support and service.
- Submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent shipper account in discussion with internal teams, including senior leadership
- Performance Metrics: Track key performance matrix related to delivery and pickup
- Billing and COD Reconciliation: Ensure monthly billing and COD reconciliation
- Strategic Planning: Implement plans to achieve sales target and expand share in shipper business.

Gurugram, HR, IND
- More than 3+ years of experience in sales
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
- Proven ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics-drive
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
