**Responsibilities**:
Manage and optimize product listings on eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) to ensure accuracy, appeal, and SEO compliance.

Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales, using tools like Google Analytics or similar.

Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and updated across all online channels.

Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to enhance customer experience and brand reputation.

Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.

Implement strategies to improve user experience, including website navigation, checkout processes, and mobile responsiveness.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign results, and platform metrics for management review.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 yearsmanha years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related role.

Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and marketplace management (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).

Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) and basic knowledge of SEO/SEM.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

Experience with graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website updates.

Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
