**Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Chat Process)**
**Client: Myntra**
**Location: Work from Office (WFO)**
**Total Openings: 50 (Batch 1: 25 | Batch 2: 25)**

**Job Description:Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries via chat for Myntra and provide effective resolutions.
- Ensure excellent typing and communication skills to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Adhere to assigned schedules and rotational shifts as per the job requirements.
- Maintain professionalism and timely reporting during the shift.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum 12th Pass (Undergraduate).
- Original mark sheets will be required during the joining process.
- **Experience**:

- **Typing & Communication Skills**:

- Typing speed: Minimum 35 WPM (Words Per Minute).
- Communication skills: Should score Skill Level 4 or above.

**Additional Details**:

- **Shift Timings**: 9-hour shifts within the working window of 7:00 AM to 2:00 AM.
- **Males**: Rotational shifts within the working window.
- **Females**: No night shifts; the last shift will end by 8:00 PM (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
- **Training Schedule**:

- **Batch 1**: Day Shift (Mixed Batch - Male + Female).
- **Batch 2**: Night Shift (Only Male).

**Compensation**:

- ₹20,500/- CTC per month (₹16,500 in-hand).
- **Freshers**:

- ₹15,000 stipend (in-hand) during the training period.
