**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, generate, and distribute invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify billing data, including contract details, rates, and payment terms, to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and track accounts receivables, following up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
- Resolve billing discrepancies by liaising with internal teams and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
- Generate reports on billing activities, revenue, and outstanding balances for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant legal regulations.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliation of accounts and data entry.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries regarding billing and payments.
- Continuously assess and improve billing processes for efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures, financial concepts, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and team interactions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally).
- Familiarity with taxation and invoicing regulations relevant to the industry.
- Knowledge of credit control and cash flow management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
