**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily billing processes and ensure accuracy in accounts.
- Handle dispatch-related paperwork and ensure timely processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Manage sales and purchase entries, along with salary entries.
- Process NEFT/RTGS transactions efficiently.
- Assist in salary working, TDS, and GST calculations and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain and update records using accounting software.
- Understanding of E-invoicing & E-way Billing Norms

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

**Preferred Software Knowledge**:

- Tally ERP 9 / Prime Gold

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
