**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Operations**:Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of products.

Plan and schedule delivery routes for drivers to maximize efficiency.
Monitor and track the status of all dispatch orders.
- **Billing and Documentation**:Prepare accurate invoices and bills using Tally software.

Maintain billing records and verify the accuracy of invoices.
Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- **Inventory Management**:Keep track of stock levels and report any shortages or surpluses.

Maintain records of inventory movements and update the system accordingly.
- **Communication and Coordination**:Communicate with drivers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.

Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- **Quality Control**:Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards before dispatch.

Address any quality-related issues and report them to the appropriate department.
- **Reporting**:Generate regular reports on dispatch activities, billing, and inventory.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in dispatch and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Tally for billing and accounting purposes.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety guidelines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
