**Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Coordination**: Oversee and coordinate the daily dispatch of steel products to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- **Scheduling**: Plan and schedule shipments based on customer orders and production forecasts, optimizing load capacities and routes to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep accurate records of inventory levels to ensure that the dispatch process aligns with available stock, minimizing delays.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all dispatched goods meet the quality standards of the company and the expectations of the clients.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain detailed records of shipments, including dispatch times, vehicle details, routes taken, and delivery confirmations.
- **Carrier Management**: Liaise with transportation providers to secure the best rates and services. Resolve any issues that arise during the transport process.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all dispatch and transportation activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
- **Customer Service**: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to shipments and deliveries, providing timely and accurate information.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in dispatch operations, preferably in the steel manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
