**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dispatch Coordination**:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate the dispatch of finished rubber parts according to customer orders and production timelines.
- Ensure products are dispatched on time and in the correct quantities, avoiding any delays in delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure products are ready for dispatch in terms of packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- **Documentation Management**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate dispatch documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, shipping labels, and other necessary paperwork.
- Ensure proper record-keeping of all dispatched goods in the dispatch software or SAP system.
- Track all dispatches to ensure products are delivered to the correct location and customer.
- **Logistics and Transportation**:

- Liaise with external transporters, fleet operators, and logistics providers to arrange transportation for finished goods.
- Ensure the correct loading of goods onto vehicles, ensuring the safety and integrity of the products during transit.
- Monitor and track the progress of dispatched products to ensure timely delivery, resolving any delays or transportation issues as needed.
- **Product Verification**:

- Verify the quantity and quality of finished goods before dispatch to ensure there are no discrepancies, damages, or defects.
- Ensure that the right products, sizes, and specifications are dispatched according to customer orders.
- Confirm packaging standards are met to avoid damage to rubber parts during transport.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Provide dispatch updates to customers as required, including delivery schedules, expected delivery times, and any changes in timelines.
- Handle any urgent dispatch queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues related to dispatch.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure that all dispatch operations comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Monitor vehicle safety and ensure that goods are securely loaded to prevent damage or accidents during transportation.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve any dispatch-related issues, including product discrepancies, delivery delays, or damage during transit.
- Work closely with the logistics or customer service teams to ensure timely resolution of any problems that may arise.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
