IT Department Responsibilities
1. Software Support:
- Attendance Software: Manage data, report generation, and contractor attendance.
- Salary Software & TDS Software: Handle payroll and tax-related tasks.
- CMS (Club Management System): Manage member services and records.
- POS (Point of Sale): Troubleshoot and update rates in POS software.
- Excise Software: Support excise-related software and manage its configuration.
2. IT Work:
- Vendor & User Coordination: Liaise with software vendors and provide support to users.
- Database Management: Oversee updates and maintenance of databases.
- Attendance Management: Update employee and contractor attendance records.
- Backup Management: Ensure daily and weekly data backups.
- Reports Generation: Produce reports for Accounts, Admin, and other departments.
- POS Rate Updates: Manage rate changes and ensure proper functioning of POS systems.
3. Hardware & Network Management:
- Hardware Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot and maintain hardware (computers, printers, etc.), coordinating with vendors for major repairs.
- Network Connectivity: Ensure stable LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and resolve network issues.
- System Updates & Optimization: Perform upgrades and optimize systems for performance.
- Data Security & Backup: Implement security protocols and ensure regular data backups.
- Printer & Peripheral Management: Resolve printer issues and manage print queues efficiently.
- Hardware Inventory & Procurement: Track hardware inventory and manage procurement of new equipment.
- Network Security: Manage firewalls, VPNs, and monitor for security threats.
- Remote Support: Provide remote troubleshooting for hardware or network issues.
4. Membership Management:
- Member Profile Management: Create, modify, and update member profiles.
- Membership Card Preparation: Scan, personalize, and print membership cards.
- Data Management: Scan and organize membership forms and other related documents.
5. Event Support & Management:
- Photography & Event Support: Capture in-house event photographs and assist in event setups.
- KOT POS Support: Assist in the functioning of KOT POS machines during events.
- Circular & Ticket Design: Design and print event circulars, tickets, and food menus.
- Banner & Signage Design: Design banners, signage, and posters for events and departments.
6. Miscellaneous & Administrative Tasks:
- Excise Software Support: Troubleshoot issues with excise software.
- Admin Support: Prepare materials for meetings, manage MCM reports, and assist in correspondence.
7. Additional Support:
- Staff Assistance: Help staff with scanning, printing, and Xerox machine usage.
- Function & Event Coordination: Assist with the presentation of functions on LED screens, manage event logistics, and ensure all tech requirements are met.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
