**Description**
- Interpersonal skills, good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, patient counselling, telephone etiquette, team building etc., understanding organization protocols, front office protocols etc.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, redirect them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages when necessary.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Register and issue visitor badges.
- Inform employees of visitor arrivals.
- Ensure a positive and efficient experience for all guests.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling mail and courier services.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
