Job title: Executive
Department: HR
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates for open positions through a variety of channels, such as online job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates for each position.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare interview materials and answer candidate questions about the company and the position.
- Evaluate candidates' skills and experience to determine if they are a good fit for the position and the company culture.
- Extend and negotiate offers to accepted candidates.
- Onboard new hires and ensure they have a positive experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time to hire and cost per hire.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest recruiting trends and best practices.
- Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time
Skills & Qualification
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
