**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
**Client Interaction**:
- Engage with clients and provide accurate information about our elevator products and services.
- Address client inquiries and connect them to the appropriate department.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to ensure a pleasant experience.
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and other records.
- Perform basic data entry and reporting tasks using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with routine office tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: 12th pass (Minimum qualification).
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Experience**: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹8,491.93 - ₹24,308.90 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
