**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and deliver the best-fit talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in US IT Recruitment.
- **Skills**: Expertise in sourcing profiles using social media and job platforms.
- **Communication**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- **Mindset**: A proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for talent acquisition.
