**Talent Acquisition**:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on market trends, talent availability, and recruiting strategies.
- **Assessment and Selection**:

- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling and preparing interview panels.
- **Employer Branding**:

- Participate in job fairs, tech meetups, and other networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in IT recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of IT roles.
- Strong understanding of technical skills, IT terminology, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
