**Job Description: Associate - Portfolio**

**Qualifications and Desired skills**:

- Any Graduate/ Postgraduate/ Masters (B. Com / M. Com/ MBA/ CA Inter) with experience in Investment or Portfolio Management preferably
- 3 to 4 years of experience in startup investment or portfolio management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.)
- Person should possess good social and interpersonal skills, should be able to integrate with team
- Ability to execute tasks independently
- Exposure to startup grants/ investment, investors, ecosystem, willingness to work with startups will be preferred

**Key Responsibilities / Duties**:

- Assist Portfolio team in implementation of various start up support programs and end to end management of portfolio
- Closely work with seniors and legal team to finalize incubation/ investment term sheet and agreement
- Coordinating with various startups, legal team, investors, and other stake holders for regular updates
- Help create online & offline processes for implementation and management of overall investment activities
- Portfolio reporting and documentation related to the portfolio
- Tracking portfolio performance, data collection and monitoring
- Understanding of various funding opportunities and connecting it to relevant portfolio companies
- Assist in the long-term funding programs from government/ corporates for startups which includes Manage financial, administrative, and reporting activities for the program
- Assisting portfolio/ outreach/ partnership team for organizing startup events and programs (like investor day/ demo day)

(The position will be on contractual basis (3 years) with flexibility for extension based on satisfactory performance)

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
