**Job Summary**
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales by contacting potential customers in the telecom industry. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. A successful telemarketer must be friendly, persuasive, and have a deep understanding of telecom products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote telecom products and services.
- Explain the benefits and features of the products, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
- Generate leads by identifying customer needs and matching them with suitable products.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Update CRM software with call details, customer responses, and status of the sale.
- Handle objections effectively and provide a positive customer experience.
- Follow up on warm leads and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve the sales process.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role, preferably in telecom.
- Good English, Hindi, Any north indian language or Malayalam communication skill.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection, remain motivated, and perform under pressure.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and phone systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- **Product Knowledge**: Deep understanding of telecom services and products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
