**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES**:

- He / She is responsible for handling customers over the phone entirely, including resolving customer queries, managing customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis & MIS generation.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Work closely with other teams including Credit & Business Development to ensure a consistent and unified approach to customer communication.

- 0-1 years of overall experience in Customer Communication

**Knowledge /Skills Required**:

- Excellent in Speaking Hindi, English, Odiya.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to work in a startup environment.
- Keen process focuses and the ability to design scalable processes to meet product and solution needs.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Keen customer skills with a view to understanding their requirements.
- A willingness to explore new methods and approaches to solve specific challenges.

- Internal: Manager - FI Solutions, Peers within the Dvara Registry - Operations, Finance, Lending, Technology Finance
- External: Customers, Banks, Financial Institutions, and Insurance companies
