**Job Profile: Relationship Managers**
- Maintaining Relationships with decision makers of various sectors (Schools, Hotels, Societies, etc.)
- Interacting with decision makers over Call and Chat process and generating Leads from various sectors.
- Database collection and maintenance using direct and indirect approaches.
- Creating Daily Reports

**Payment Structure**:

- Fixed Salary: 15K to 20K as per interview performance
- One-on-One mentoring from senior team members
- Multi-industry exposure and training
- Can be of Science, Commerce or Arts from any other reputed college.
- Highly confident and involved in college festivals or event industry
- Highly motivated individual with Go Getter attitude is a must.
- Excellent Communication and Relationship Management skills.
- Good MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Fresher/1-2 years of experience
- Should have their own laptop

**Selection Process**:2 rounds of interview

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
