- Help students understand how their chosen program of study can help them achieve their career aspirations
- Academic Support
- Monitor student progress and academic performance
- Identify students who are struggling and provide them with appropriate resources and support
- Help students develop effective study and time management skills
- Goal Setting and Decision Making
- Work with students to identify their academic strengths and weaknesses
- Help students set realistic and achievable academic goals
- Guide students through the process of exploring different majors and career paths
- Resource Connection
- Connect students with campus resources such as tutoring services, writing centers, and mental health counseling
- Refer students to community resources that can provide additional support
- Communication and Collaboration
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with students about their academic progress
- Collaborate with faculty members to ensure students are getting the support they need to succeed
- Work with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their student's academic progress

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
