As an Academic Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students towards making informed academic decisions and achieving their educational goals. Your primary responsibilities will include providing personalized counseling, excellent customer interaction, and showcasing leadership qualities to inspire and guide students.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic goals, interests, and challenges.

Provide detailed information about the courses, programs, and educational opportunities offered by the institution.

Assist students in selecting the right courses or programs based on their individual aspirations and academic strengths.

Address inquiries from students and their parents regarding admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and course details.

Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student interactions using the designated tools.

Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students.

Stay up-to-date with the institution's offerings, curriculum updates, and educational trends.

Actively participate in training and professional development sessions to enhance counseling skills.

Display strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide students in their educational journey.

Meet and exceed targets for student enrollments through effective counseling and rapport-building.

Uphold the institution's values and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to engage effectively with students and parents.

Proven track record of successful customer interaction and service orientation.

Strong leadership qualities that encourage and motivate students towards achieving their goals.

Prior experience in academic counseling or related fields is a plus.

Passion for education and helping students succeed.
