**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Oversee a team of painters and ensure that they adhere to safety protocols, deadlines, and quality standards.
- **Project Management**: Plan and coordinate painting projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
- **Quality Assurance**: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.
- **Training and Development**: Train new painters on techniques, safety procedures, and company policies. Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve team performance.
- **Materials Management**: Order and maintain inventory of painting supplies and equipment. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve issues that arise during painting projects, such as equipment malfunctions or scheduling conflicts.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in painting or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in various painting techniques, knowledge of different types of paint and surface preparation methods.
- **Leadership Abilities**: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks, manage resources efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with specifications.
- **Safety Consciousness**: Commitment to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks and maintain a safe work environment.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certifications or training in painting, construction, or project management preferred.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
