We are looking for civil engineers with 1 - 5 years of site supervision, material management and labour management experience.

Key responsibilities:
1. Understanding project plans, specifications, scopes, and contracts to ensure all aspects of the painting/waterproofing project are clear and agreed upon.

2. Delivering successful projects to clients, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality.

3. Creating and managing project budgets, including labor, material, equipment, subcontracts, and purchase orders.

4. Experience in painting, roof coatings, waterproofing treatment, or related scopes is often required.

5. Overseeing multiple community-wide projects, from pre-construction to completion, and ensuring that each project is completed safely and to the satisfaction of the client.

6. Setting up and supporting painting/ waterproofing crews for success by providing them with the scope of work, materials, tools, and equipment.

Additionally, you may be involved in:
1. Site visiting and taking measurements and thermal inspection.

2. Preparing BOQ for clients requirement.

3. Diagnosing waterproofing problems and making reports and BOQ.

4. Marketing activities, such as sending marketing materials and following up with past customers.

5. Sales, including completing estimates, and closing sales.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
