As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling international customer inquiries and resolving their issues effectively. Your role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining high satisfaction levels, and building strong relationships with clients.

**Location**: Mohali phase 8B
**Shift**: Night Shift
**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000
**Cab Facility**: Provided for Chandigarh and Mohali

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring mínimal escalation and high satisfaction.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system and follow up on open tickets until resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service standards and offer quick resolutions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in a customer support role, preferably in an international process.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work night shifts.
- Must be comfortable handling international calls and interacting with customers globally.
